Introduction

Jeennie came to us with not just an idea, but a vision that had real heart. A platform made to connect fans with the people they admire most, in a way that feels personal, magical, and human. But even the strongest ideas need the right identity to come to life.

They weren’t looking for something generic. They wanted a brand that felt alive. One that could speak to people, carry emotion, and reflect the excitement of turning a dream into a real connection.

That’s where we came in, to help shape that vision into something tangible, with a brand and product experience that feels as personal and vibrant as the idea behind it.

The Problem

Even though the concept was magical, the experience still needed to take shape. The project faced three key challenges:

  • Translating the idea of a “wish-granting genie” into a memorable visual identity.
  • Designing a fluid and empathetic platform experience, for both fans and artists.
  • Conveying exclusivity without alienating users, keeping the brand’s inclusive spirit.

  • Artists need a simple, efficient way to manage incoming requests.
  • The platform should balance exclusivity and accessibility to appeal to a broad audience.

What We Did

To bring the “dream genie” to life, we combined branding and UX/UI into a solution that’s both magical and functional. Every design decision was guided by Jeennie’s values: authenticity, empathy, innovation, and enchantment.

Visual Identity

Brand Guide

We crafted the Jeennie Brand Guide with a focus on consistency and recognition. The vibrant color palette and expressive typography reflect the brand’s youthful and optimistic tone. Visual elements were inspired by the themes of “dreams” and “magic.”

  • Primary: A bold wordmark that conveys clarity and charm.
  • Secondary: A versatile icon designed for small spaces and app usage.

Wireframes & Information Architecture

We mapped the user journey, both for fans and for artists, to ensure clarity and ease from the very first click to the final experience. Wireframes highlighted the importance of hierarchy, flow, and responsiveness.

High-Fidelity Designs

  • Vibrant Colors: Applied with intention to guide the user and bring energy to the interface.
  • Authentic Typography: Used consistently to reinforce the brand’s voice.
  • Custom Components: Buttons, icons, and interactions that carry Jeennie’s unique personality and make every click feel special.
